One of the most common topics for discussion in reproductive medicine is looking at the ways and means to improve clinical pregnancy rates and minimizing complications. With the increasing acceptance of vitrification techniques, better understanding and equal or better clinical pregnancy rates, the concept of freeze all for all has been often suggested, which however remains a topic of debate and controversies and needs more robust evidence for its routine use. The editorial on freeze all for all policy looks at the available evidence and feasibility and provides some guidelines for practice.

Tuberculosis is a disease that generates lots of interest and is always in controversies and debates. It is well accepted that tuberculosis affects endometrial lining and tubal epithelium, resulting in irreparable damage in many cases; however, the effect of tuberculosis on oocyte quality is a unique concept in the original research article and opens a new research subject to be studied in relation to tuberculosis. Another common problem is obesity in both males and females; however, the extant of its effect on ART outcome is a subject of study, and the research article on BMI closely looks at the effect on ART outcome.

Antral follicle count is one of the most accurate markers for ovarian reserve; however, it is highly observer dependent and may lead to misdiagnosis and wrong planning. Can technologies such as 3D and Sonovac offer an advantage over routine 2D scan? The article on the subject is the right way to find out.

Male infertility diagnosis depends on one single investigation, that is semen parameter, but what affects these parameters is an ever-expanding list of exposures, drugs, and diseases that might affect semen parameters directly or indirectly. Can facts of life or global issues also affect seminal parameter leading to male infertility is interesting to see in this original must-read article.

It is all about right seed and right soil for a good outcome in ART, but it seems that is not enough to give a successful outcome in many cycles. The concept of implantation window is an important aspect to be remembered, and putting a blastocyst at the right time is as important as the quality of blastocyst and endometrium preparedness. Tracking the implantation window may be the answer to many failed cases. It is worth reading this article to find an answer.
